David Strijbis is a young musician from the Netherlands who received his first organ lessons from Gerben van de Put. He is now studying organ and piano at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague with Jos van der Kooy and Wim Voogd respectively. David has also received lessons from several other renowned musicians, including Sander van den Houten and Evan Bogerd. In 2022, he won both the first prize in the junior category and the public prize of the Duyschot competition in Amsterdam. David is currently associated with the Wilhelminakerk in Bussum as an organist.
